Thaddaeus Tan is a Director of Anchor Law LLC.
He practises in civil and commercial disputes, family law, and trusts and estates advisory and disputes, with a keen interest in mediation. He volunteers actively as a mediator at the Community Mediation Centre, Consumers’ Association of Singapore and the Small Claims Tribunals.
Beyond practice, Thaddaeus is actively involved in community service, including serving as a Council Member of the Law Society of Singapore (as well as the LSS Probate, Tax and Trust, Finance, Social Welfare, and other Standing Committees) and the Assistant Brigade Secretary of the Boys’ Brigade.
He holds an LLB (Hons) from the National University of Singapore, a Master of Arts in Theological and Interdisciplinary Studies, and diplomas in Accounting & Business and Trusts & Estates.
He is admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore as well as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts England and Wales. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (FSIArb), a SIMI Accredited Mediator (Level 3) and a Full Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP).
